"Force Protection": Source for remarks in 2d lecture

In the introductory lecture for History 2420 -- the part we will be getting to at the beginning of class on Thursday -- I make a remark about the way that the "culture of fear" has found its way into U.S. military strategy and read from this article from the British newspaper the Telegraph.
